Acacia Ridge Bush Retreat.
A
short 30 minute drive from Mudgee is the village of Hargraves formed in
1851 with the discovery of GOLD, but now famed for the areas, superfine
merino wool.
Set
amongst 25acres of bush, we have 4 permanently erected tents for your
overnight digs. Each tent sits on a large deck area, is 2 rooms and
comprises either 2 king single beds or a queen bed, wardrobe, wash
basin and a couple of chairs.
The
centrally located camp kitchen is fully equipped and includes a
lounge area with a cosy fire. Freshly prepared meals are served by camp
host.
We
have a toilet block of 2 hot showers and flushing toilets and the
essential power point for those bringing their hair dryers (if you
must), as the camp is powered by the sun.
There
is a campfire, where of a night you are invited to sit around, tell
stories or toast marshmallows under the great southern star-filled
skies.

Awaken to the sounds of the Australian bush with birdsong or the
passing of a mob of kangaroos.
Located
at the rear of the camp we have access to a GOLD bearing creek whereby
you may be able to strike it rich or do a spot of yabby fishing in one
of our dams.

So
why not grab a couple of friends and enjoy some time in the Australian
Bush.
